Maximum concurrent chats

This control is only available to administrators through the manage agents control

The number of chats that the agent can take a the same time.

Click to call

The click-to-call feature allows an agent to call a visitor, at the visitor's request, and during the call the agent is unavailable to take chats.

  • If unchecked: click-to-call is disabled for the agent
  • If checked: the agent can use the click-to-call feature.

Agents can shadow/join

This control is only available to administrators through the manage agents control; it allows administrators to grant shadow/join access permissions to individual agents.

  • Only my chats: The agent does not have access to shadow or join chats with other agents.
  • All chats I have access to: The agent can shadow or join other chats based on group and routing configurations.
Engagement font sizeThe font size for the chat engagement messages that are displayed to the agent in the console.
Availability at login

The default availability status that is set upon login.

  • Last status
  • Available
  • Unavailable
My chat text colorThe color the agent's text messages in agent console.
Visitor text colorThe color of the visitor's text messages in the agent console.
Other agent text colorThe color of other agent's text messages in the agent console.
System text colorThe color of system notices in the agent console.
Save ProfileClick to save changes to the profile.
