Customize the Portal Header
Customize the knowledge base header in the Knowledge Base Settings
| 1 | Logo and Name | Insert your brand logo; modify the portal Name. The logo is also the knowledge base home button. |
| 2 | Header and Footer color | Modify the header and footer color to match your brand style. |
| 3 | Headline | Customize the headline for the home page. |
| 4 | Back to website | Customize a button and URL to return to your brands website or another location. |
| 5 | Search | Search content and keyword tags and return search results. |
Configure homepage categories and topics in the Topics and Categories settings.
| 6 | Categories | Create one or more categories and organize them in the preferred order. |
| 7 | Topics | Associate articles to topics and organize them in the preferred order. |
