Knowledge Base Search Widgets

The knowledge base can be searched from within the chat window with a landing page widget.

1	Search widget	Chat window landing page widget for knowledge base search.
2	Search field	Enter keywords or phrases to be searched.
3	Search button	Submit a search request.

4	Search results widget	Results of the search are displayed in a widget that opens below the knowledge base search widget.
5	Carousel scroll	Buttons that control the forward and backward scrolling of search results the number of search results displayed is controlled by a setting.
6	Article card	Each article that matches the search results is displayed on a card that shows the article title and description.
7	Close results	Closes the search results widget.
