Chatbot profiles are listed on the Bot Profiles page with the display name and associated groups. Multiple profiles with unique identities can be created and associated with specific groups.
Add a chatbot profile
| 1 | Bot Name | Set the name of your chatbot profile. |
| 2 | Change Headshot | Upload a picture to display for your chatbot profile. |
| 3 | Group Select | Select one or more groups for which this chatbot profile will be used. Checking "All Groups will associate the chatbot profile to all groups in the account. |
