Chatbot Request a Call

The chatbot Request-a-call feature allows a chatbot to capture visitor phone number in order to initiate the call back feature, or to connect with an agent if call bridging is enabled.


Chatbot request call configuration. 

Action Dropdown “Request Call” action selected. 
Phone Number Question Configure the message that displays to the visitor to request the visitor’s phone number.
Confirmation Question Configure the confirmation message that displays to the visitor after entering their number.
4Unavailable MessageEnter a message to display to the visitor when a call is unavailable.
5Unavailable pathSelect a path to follow if a call is unavailable.
