Chatbot Check Availability

The chatbot Check Availability feature checks for the availability of a specific agent and then routes the conversation to the correct path based on availability status.

Action Dropdown Dropdown menu that lets you choose which action the path would end with 
Agent Select Select which agent you would like to check the availability of 
Agent Available If the selected agent is available, select a path to be routed to 
Agent Unavailable If the selected agent is unavailable, select a path to be routed to 

 

Check Group Availability 

Chatbot check group availability settings. 

Action Menu Select "Check group availability.
Select a Group Select which group you would like to check for availability. 
Group Available Select the path if the group is available. 
Group Unavailable Select the path if the group is unavailable.
