Chatbot Check Availability Settings
The chatbot Check Availability feature checks for the availability of a specific agent and then routes the conversation to the correct path based on availability status.

| 2 | Agent Select | Select which agent you would like to check the availability of |
| 3 | Agent Available | If the selected agent is available, select a path to be routed to |
| 4 | Agent Unavailable | If the selected agent is unavailable, select a path to be routed to |
Check Group Availability
| 1 | Action Menu | Select "Check group availability. |
| 2 | Select a Group | Select which group you would like to check for availability. |
| 3 | Group Available | Select the path if the group is available. |
| 4 | Group Unavailable | Select the path if the group is unavailable. |
