Chatbot Query QnA

The chatbot “Query QnA” feature allows the chatbot to conduct a natural language question-answering conversation. 

 

Setup chatbot question answering. 

Action Dropdown Select the action to be taken at the end of the current path.
Confirmation Question Choose to display and configure a confirmation question that displays after the visitor queries the QnA database. 
Helpful Path Choose a path that the visitor would route to if the answer presented was helpful. 
Not Helpful Path Choose a path that the visitor would route to if the answer presented was not helpful.
No Answer Path Choose a path that the visitor would route to if the answer was not found.
