To reset a password open the Velaro application or go to: https://app.velaro.com.
Click the reset password link below the user id and password option.
You will be asked to enter your user email address. Shortly, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you are logged in and wish to change your password, you can go into your user settings, found by clicking your image in the upper right, and then click your name.
In the first tab, you can reset your password by clicking on the Reset Password button and entering the existing password and the new password twice.
