Connect your Velaro account to your site builder to get your chat snippet without copying IDs by hand.

1. In the site builder, open Add Velaro chat and select Connect Velaro account.
2. Sign in to Velaro if prompted. You are sent back to the builder automatically.
3. Your site ID and chat snippet appear. Paste the snippet before the closing body tag of your pages.

The sign-in link works once and expires after 5 minutes. You can also read the same details from Velaro MCP (site_connect_info) or GET /integrations/site-builder/connect-info while signed in.
