What this does

On Velaro Workspace V20, every record your NetSuite integration creates is automatically checked against your existing NetSuite data before it's written. If a matching record is found, the existing record is used instead of creating a new one.

Nothing to install or turn on

This is built directly into V20's NetSuite integration and runs on every record creation by default. There's no script version to install, no bundle to update, and no setting to turn on in your integration configuration — it's part of the same request that creates the record, every time.

How matching works

Before creating a record, V20 searches your NetSuite account for an existing record using the same key fields your integration is configured to write — commonly name and phone or account number, depending on the record type. If a match is found, that existing record is used instead of a new one being created.
