Profile > Sessions

The Sessions control screen in the User Profile provides a list of agent log-in sessions, IP addresses, locations, dates, and times

This section allows you to limit duplicate sessions by selecting Force Single Session mode, which will automatically log out any other sessions using the agent profile 

If Single Session mode is disabled, you will be able to be logged into your account from more than one browser or device and each session will be listed here
