Group Tags and How to Use Them

Group tags are used with the Agent Performance Dashboard.

Control	Description
Name	Name of the group tag. This is displayed on the Agent Performance Dashboard
Actions	Save: Save the tag Delete: Delete the tag (Note: the tag is deleted immediately, there is no confirmation screen).
