Managing Group Tags for the Agent

Managing Group Tags for the Agent can significantly enhance organization and communication within a team. By effectively categorizing agents based on their roles or responsibilities, it becomes easier to assign tasks and track progress.

Group tags are used with the Agent Performance Dashboard.

 

The image displays the existing groups, including East Coast Call Center, West Coast Call Center, and EMEA Call Center.

 

ControlDescription
NameName of the group tag. This is displayed on the Agent Performance Dashboard
Actions
  • Save: Save the tag
  • Delete: Delete the tag (Note: the tag is deleted immediately, there is no confirmation screen).
