What are Agent Tags

Agent tags are used to configure the Agent Performance dashboard. See Agent Performance.

Control	Description
Name	The name of the tag. This is name is for your own reference, so you can understand the meaning of the tag. Click on the name field in a black tag to add a new tab. Click on the name of a current tag to edit.
Value	The short label for the tag that appears on the Agent Performance dashboard.
Actions	Save: Save the tag Delete: Delete the tag (Note: the tag is deleted immediately, there is no confirmation screen).
