You can deploy Velaro on your website in a few ways. This option allows you to launch chat in a new browser window from any image.

Use pop-out chat via a Dynamic Button
You can launch chat as a separate chat window using a Dynamic Button.
Here you can add button options for different agent states:
- Online
- Offline
You may choose to vary the button when agents are not online
Now you will want to add the code to your page to place the button, and the chat enabling script as shown here:
