Trouble-Shooting not receiving Email

Are you missing emailed reports or not getting a password reset email? Here are a few options that may help.

  • Our correspondence will come from the email address noreply@velaro.com. Please check your spam folder and ask your IT team to ensure they allow emails from that address
  • Your mail team may require IP addresses to whitelist to allow our email to reach you. Please give them these IP addresses to whitelist:

              205.201.128.0/20

              198.2.128.0/18

              148.105.0.0/16

  • Still not getting our email? Reach out to our support team at support@velaro.com to investigate. You may have accidentally unsubscribed from our email list. We can find out if you did and add you back in.
