Visitor Monitoring Overview: Tools to Track, Engage, and Convert

Visitor Monitoring in Velaro allows you to track real-time visitor activity on your website where Velaro chat is enabled. You can access it through the main menu or directly at: https://app.velaro.com/#/monitoring

Once the Velaro JavaScript is placed on your site, live visitor data becomes available on any page where chat is active.

Main Sections of Visitor Monitoring

Visitor Monitoring consists of the following key sections:

  1. Dashboard – Overview of visitor activity using real-time visual widgets
  2. Visitors - A detailed table of all active visitors
  3. Map – Geographic view of visitors

1. Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a quick summary of live and historical visitor data using auto-updating widgets. Visitor monitoring data is loaded live when the visitor monitoring page is loaded. Visitor data is stored until the visitor leaves the page where the Velaro chat is installed.
