Agent-to-agent chat (a2a chat) is accessed by clicking on the people icon, next to the profile avatar on the main menu.
A control will appear that allows agents with access to a2a chat to be searched. Each agent that is logged into Velaro is listed, along with their availability status.
For accounts with many agents, the control will paginate.
When an agent is selected, messages can be exchanged and the chat history is displayed:
Clicking "-" will minimize the chat and change to a "+". Click "+" to maximize the a2a window again.
Clicking "x" will close the chat window. The chat history will be saved.
