Configuring Velaro Chat in Magento
Configuring the Magento 2 integration with Velaro Chat is done in the Magento Store.
To configure Velaro Chat, navigate to the Velaro configuration screen in Magento and input the following:
- Site ID: Enter your Velaro Site ID. This can be found in your Velaro console administrator's account, in the account settings screen. Go to Profile > Account Setup > Account > Settings on the Details tab (direct link: https://app.velaro.com/#/admin/account/settings) and your Site ID is displayed below your company logo.
- Group: Enter 0. This is the Default group in your Velaro account.
- Velaro Api Url: Enter https://api-main-us-east.velaro.com/
- Velaro Cdn Url: Enter https://eastprodcdn.azureedge.net/
