Email Notifications for New Chat
Email notifications alert agents when a new chat request comes in. Follow these steps to enable them:
- Contact your Account Manager to confirm access to agent email notifications.
 - Go to the Agent Profile settings.
 - Open the Notifications tab and check the box for ‘Get chat notifications via email’.
 - Click 'Save Profile' to apply the changes.
 
Once set, you will receive an email alert when a new chat is assigned to you.
