The click-to-call feature allows an agent to call a visitor, at the visitor's request, and during the call the agent is unavailable to take chats.

This control is only available to administrators through the manage agents control; it allows administrators to grant shadow/join access permissions to individual agents.

The default availability status that is set upon login.
|My chat text color||The color the agent's text messages in agent console.|
|Visitor text color||The color of the visitor's text messages in the agent console.|
