How to to change your profile image
- Go to the Profile Settings screen: https://app.velaro.com/#/account/profile.
- Click on the agent profile avatar:
- Click the "select file" button and choose the image file from your computer:
- Click the green checkbox to use the file as your profile image:
Note: Your profile picture will need to have an equal height and width. If the dimensions of the image are not equal, Velaro will compress the file size to an equal height and width, and this will result in the profile image looking compressed and distorted. Also images are loaded as they are saved upon last edit, please make sure image is saved in the correct orientation.
