The Groups section provides a summary of the agent's association with chat groups. The view is different depending on the role assignment: as an Agent; or as an Administrator or Manager viewing an agent's profile.
The administrator view lists the groups that an agent belongs to.
- Clicking on the group name returns the Manage Group screen for that group.
- Clicking on the remove button opens a dialog box to confirm the removal of the agent from the group, or cancel.
- Clicking on the add groups button will allow you to add the user profile to a group they are not a part of.
The agent view of the groups tab lists the groups that the agent is in.
