To implement Live Chat on your company's website, go to the Chat Designer, and under the menu 'Actions', click ‘Deploy’, you will be prompted with a modal with multiple options.
Deployment Options
- Inline: embed the live chat widget on the web page (most common option).
- NPM: use node package management to deploy chat.
- Dynamic Button: launch the chat widget from uploaded images. With this option, images can change depending on agents' availability.
- Call Button: launch a click to call in a pop-out window.
- Hyperlink: launch the live chat widget on a separate browser tab or window from a link on the website.
- Custom: contact our support team for advanced options.
