How To Deploy a Chatbot

 

To implement Live Chat on your company's website, go to the Chat Designer, and under the menu ‘Actions,’ click ‘Deploy.' You will be prompted with a modal with multiple options. 

Customize your chatbot that best suits your needs, such as embedding the chat code directly into your site or using a plugin for popular website builders. Once you've made your selection, follow the on-screen instructions to finalize the setup and activate the chat feature.

Deployment Options

  1. Inline: embed the live chat widget on the web page (most common option).
  2. NPM: use node package management to deploy chat.
  3. Dynamic Button: launch the chat widget from uploaded images. With this option, images can change depending on agents' availability. 
  4. Call Button: launch a click to call in a pop-out window.
  5. Hyperlink: launch the live chat widget on a separate browser tab or window from a link on the website. 
  6. Custom: contact our support team for advanced options.
