Deploy Live Chat To Your Website

To implement Live Chat on your company's website, go to the Chat Designer, and under the menu 'Actions', click ‘Deploy’, you will be prompted with a modal with multiple options.

Deployment Options

  1. Inline: embed the live chat widget on the web page (most common option).
  2. NPM: use node package management to deploy chat.
  3. Dynamic Button: launch the chat widget from uploaded images. With this option, images can change depending on agents' availability. 
  4. Call Button: launch a click to call in a pop-out window.
  5. Hyperlink: launch the live chat widget on a separate browser tab or window from a link on the website. 
  6. Custom: contact our support team for advanced options.
