The Visitor Monitoring Map displays visitors in their general geo-location.
Blue "beacons" on the map indicate multiple visitors. Zoom in to view visitors more closely.
Red "pins" on the map indicate a single user.
Click on a red pin to get detailed information about that visitor in the visitor information panel at right.
The "Activity" tab displays the pages that the visitor has browsed.
The "Invite to chat" tab allows a prechat invitation to be manually launched. The invitation will need to be configured first. See Invitation Design to configure invitations.
The "Information" tab displays the visitor's information from their browser.
The "Map" tab provides a closeup view of the visitor's location on the map.
The "History" tab provides the history of chats that occurred with the visitor during their current visit.
