Visitor Monitoring is accessed from the main menu and returns the Visitor Monitoring dashboard and menu. It can be found here: https://app.velaro.com/#/monitoring
Once the Velaro javascript code is placed on your website, the visitor monitoring system tracks visitors to the page where Velaro chat is enabled.
Visitor monitoring data is loaded live when the visitor monitoring page is loaded. Visitor data is stored until the visitor leaves the page where the Velaro chat is installed.
The visitor monitoring section is comprised of the following screens:
