Moshky Guided Tours

Starting the tour

Ask Moshky to show you around, for example "Give me a tour" or "Walk me through setup". Moshky starts the guided tour and highlights each step on screen. You can stop at any time and restart it later by asking again.

Moving between pages

Ask Moshky to take you somewhere, such as "Take me to Integrations". Moshky opens the page for you. If your plan does not include that feature, Moshky tells you instead of opening it, so you are never sent to a page you cannot use.

Popping Moshky out

While Moshky is guiding you, a short note offers to pop Moshky out. Choose Pop out and Moshky moves into a floating window you can drag, so you can follow along while you work in the page behind it. You can also say "Pop out" and Moshky will do it. Dismiss the note and it will not appear again.

Your conversation stays with you

Moving between pages, or switching Moshky between docked and floating, keeps your conversation. Closing the browser tab starts a fresh conversation.

Turning tours off

If your team does not want the tour to open by itself, ask Velaro Support to adjust the tour settings for your account. The tour can still be started on request.
