Getting Started with Velaro V20
Welcome to Velaro V20
Velaro V20 is a unified customer engagement platform combining live chat, AI chatbots, voice, messaging channels, and CRM integrations in a single workspace. This guide walks you through the essentials so you can go live quickly.
Step 1 — Access Your Admin Panel
Log in at admin.velaro.com using your company email. On first login, you'll complete a short setup wizard that configures your site name, timezone, and primary channel.
Step 2 — Deploy Your Chat Widget
Go to Channels → Web Messaging → Deployments and click New Deployment. Copy the generated JavaScript snippet and paste it before the closing </body> tag on your website. The widget appears automatically on all pages.
Step 3 — Invite Your Team
Navigate to Administration → Agents and click Invite Agent. Agents receive an email link and can log in at messaging.velaro.com. Organize agents into teams for routing purposes.
Step 4 — Enable Your First AI Bot
Go to Bots & AI → New Bot and choose a template (e.g. Customer Support, E-commerce, Appointments). The bot is live on your widget immediately — no coding required.
Step 5 — Connect a CRM or Integration
Under Integrations, browse 20+ platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, and BigCommerce. Click Connect and follow the OAuth flow. Your AI bot gains instant access to live customer data.
