NetSuite ERP Integration

Overview

The Velaro NetSuite integration brings 40+ AI skills to your customer conversations, giving your bot real-time access to NetSuite inventory, sales orders, customer records, and vendor data. Customer-facing support teams can answer stock availability questions, check order status, and pull invoice details without switching to NetSuite.

Connect NetSuite

  1. Go to Integrations → NetSuite.
  2. Enter your NetSuite Account ID, Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token, and Token Secret (from NetSuite's Integration and Token-Based Authentication setup).
  3. Click Test Connection to validate credentials.
  4. Click Save — all 40+ skills activate immediately.

Security

NetSuite credentials are stored encrypted using Azure Key Vault — they are never logged or visible after initial save. The integration uses TBA (Token-Based Authentication) — the most secure NetSuite API method. OAuth is not available for NetSuite's SuiteQL API.
