Segment on Order History

Build segments from what customers have bought, using the order data synced from your connected store.

Conditions

In Contact Center, Segments, pick the Ecommerce group:

• Number of orders is at least
• Total spent is at least
• Last order within (days): recent buyers
• Last order more than (days) ago: lapsed buyers

Contacts with no synced order data never match these conditions, so a segment of "3 or more orders" never includes people who have not bought.

Examples

• Repeat buyers: Number of orders is at least 3
• Big spenders: Total spent is at least 500
• Win-back: Last order more than 90 days ago AND Number of orders is at least 1

Automate it

The same conditions work through the REST API (field values order_count_gte, total_spent_gte, last_order_within_days, last_order_before_days in a segment's conditions), the Velaro MCP and the CLI, wherever you create or update a segment.
