Velaro's Reports module gives you real-time and historical visibility into every aspect of your customer engagement — conversation volume, AI bot performance, agent productivity, CSAT scores, and integration activity.

Filtering and Date Ranges

Every report supports flexible date range selection (today, last 7 days, custom range) and filters by team, agent, channel, and bot. Drill down from summary to individual conversation level.

Value Report

The Value Report calculates the dollar value your AI bot generates by handling conversations without a human agent. It uses your configured cost-per-conversation and compares AI-handled vs. human-handled volumes. This is your most useful executive-level metric for demonstrating ROI.

Exporting Data

Export any report as CSV from the Export button. For scheduled exports or BI tool integration, contact support about our Fabric/Power BI connector.

Activity Log

The Activity Log tracks every admin action — login events, settings changes, bot edits, rule changes — with timestamp, user, IP address, and device. Available under Reports → Activity Log. Retention is 90 days.
