Keyword Intelligence

What it shows

Keyword Intelligence lists the words and short phrases customers use most in your conversations, with how each compares to the previous period. Use it to spot new problems, product questions and trends before they show up in tickets.

Open the report

Go to Reports, then Keyword Intelligence. Pick a date range of up to 92 days. Large ranges are sampled, and a note tells you when that happens.

Filter and group

Filter by team or agent. Group results by website, team or agent to compare them side by side. Choose phrase length from one word up to three words.

Drill into conversations

Select Conversations next to any keyword to see the conversations that contain it. Open a conversation to read the full chat. Drill-down shows up to 100 conversations.

Privacy

Keywords are letters only. Numbers, email addresses and phone numbers are never shown, and you cannot search for them.

Automation

Run it from the command line with velaro keyword-intelligence top --from 2026-09-01 --to 2026-09-30, or through the Velaro MCP tools keyword_intelligence_top and keyword_intelligence_conversations.
