Get an email when Velaro reports a major incident or scheduled maintenance, without checking the status page.

What You Receive

You receive an email only for major incidents and scheduled maintenance that affect Velaro services. Minor incidents and routine updates are not emailed. Each email names the affected services, describes the impact, and links to the status page for live updates.

How to Subscribe

1. Open the Velaro status page.

2. Enter your email address in the subscribe box and complete the bot check.

3. Select Subscribe.

4. Open the confirmation email we send you and select the confirm link.

You are not subscribed until you confirm. If the confirmation email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then subscribe again from the status page.

How to Unsubscribe

Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link. Select it and confirm. You stop receiving alerts right away, and you can subscribe again at any time.
