BigCommerce Integration — Full Guide

Overview

Velaro's BigCommerce integration brings 33 AI skills to your customer conversations. Your bot can look up orders, check inventory, process returns, and answer product questions — all from live BigCommerce data.

Connect BigCommerce

  1. Go to Integrations → BigCommerce.
  2. Enter your BigCommerce Store Hash, Client ID, and Client Secret (from the BigCommerce API section in your store control panel).
  3. Click Connect — Velaro validates the credentials and activates all 33 skills.
