Overview
Velaro's BigCommerce integration brings 33 AI skills to your customer conversations. Your bot can look up orders, check inventory, process returns, and answer product questions — all from live BigCommerce data.
Connect BigCommerce
- Go to Integrations → BigCommerce.
- Enter your BigCommerce Store Hash, Client ID, and Client Secret (from the BigCommerce API section in your store control panel).
- Click Connect — Velaro validates the credentials and activates all 33 skills.
