HubSpot CRM Integration

Overview

The Velaro HubSpot integration connects your bot and agent workspace to HubSpot CRM. Customer data flows both ways — Velaro surfaces HubSpot records during conversations, and conversation summaries are automatically logged back to HubSpot.

Connect HubSpot

  1. Go to Integrations → HubSpot.
  2. Click Connect with HubSpot and complete the OAuth flow.
  3. Grant the required scopes (contacts, deals, companies, timeline events).
  4. Click Save — the integration is live immediately.

Conversation Auto-Logging

Enable Auto-Log Conversations in the HubSpot integration settings. When a chat ends, Velaro automatically creates a HubSpot timeline event with the full transcript summary, agent name, and outcome. This gives your sales team complete visibility without any manual data entry.

Agent Sidebar Panel

During live conversations, the HubSpot panel appears in the agent sidebar with the contact's recent activity, open deals, and key properties. Agents can create a contact, update a deal, or log a note directly from this panel — without switching to HubSpot.
