Shopify Integration — Full Guide
Overview
The Velaro Shopify integration gives your AI bot access to your entire store — orders, customers, products, inventory, and fulfillment. Customers can ask "Where is my order?", "Can I return this?", or "What are your best sellers?" and get accurate, live answers without involving a human agent.
Connect Your Store
- Go to Integrations → Shopify.
- Click Connect Store and complete the Shopify OAuth flow.
- Grant the requested permissions (orders, customers, products, inventory).
- Your store data is available to the bot immediately — no sync wait time.
