CRM Record Fields in the Velaro Mobile App

When an agent opens a contact in the Velaro mobile app and taps their CRM record (NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Salesforce or HubSpot), the app shows that record's data: a header, a list of fields, and related items such as invoices, cases, opportunities or deals. You choose which fields appear in that list, separately for each CRM, so agents see what matters on a small screen.

Where to Set It Up

Go to Integrations, open Field Mapper, and pick your CRM. The Mobile app CRM fields card sits on that page. Only administrators can see and change it. Changes apply the next time an agent opens a record in the app, and each save is recorded in the integration's Activity Log.

Same as Info Panel or Custom for Mobile

Same as info panel (the default) shows the fields your agents already see in the web info panel: the standard rows plus any extra fields you added for it. Nothing to maintain twice.

Custom for mobile lets you uncheck fields to hide them, add other fields from your CRM (custom fields are marked), and reorder them with the arrows. You can show up to 25 fields. Switching back to Same as info panel keeps your custom list saved, so you can switch again later without rebuilding it.

If you uncheck every field, the app shows only the record header and the related items.

What Agents See

Empty fields are left out. Email addresses, phone numbers and web links are tappable. Dates, numbers, currency and yes or no values are formatted for the agent's language. If the CRM is slow or a related list cannot load, the rest of the record still shows, with a short notice for the part that failed.

Plan Requirements

Dynamics 365 and HubSpot record views are available on the same plans as the Dynamics 365 and HubSpot integrations. If your plan does not include one, the app says so instead of showing an error. NetSuite and Salesforce record views are available wherever those integrations are connected.

Changing It With Moshky or the Admin API

Moshky and MCP admin tools can read and change the same setting: crm_mobile_fields_get shows the current mode and lists, and crm_mobile_fields_set saves a mode and an ordered field list. They use the same validation and the same Activity Log entry as the Field Mapper page. Field names must be valid API names for that CRM, or the save is rejected with a clear message.

Troubleshooting

A field you added does not show on a record: that record has no value for it, because empty fields are hidden. The Add a field list is empty or shows an error: your CRM connection could not return its field list, so reconnect it or use Resync fields, and you can still reorder or remove fields meanwhile. Agents see a message that the CRM is not connected: connect it under Integrations first.
