Overview

Velaro's email campaigns feature lets you send targeted emails to customer segments — promotional offers, re-engagement sequences, transactional notifications — without a separate email marketing tool.

Creating a Campaign

1. Go to Campaigns → Email → New Campaign.
2. Enter a campaign name and subject line.
3. Select or create a Contact List (upload CSV or sync from CRM).
4. Design your email in the built-in editor — drag-and-drop blocks, custom HTML, or plain text.
5. Set send time: immediate or scheduled.
6. Click Send (or Schedule).

Contact Lists & Segments

Build lists by uploading a CSV or syncing contacts from HubSpot, Salesforce, or Shopify. Apply segments based on:

• Last conversation date
• Survey score (e.g. NPS detractors)
• Product purchased
• Custom attributes

Deliverability

All email is sent via Azure Communication Services (ACS) using your custom domain. Set up SPF and DKIM records under Channels → Email → Domain Setup to maximize inbox placement and brand trust.

Analytics

After sending, view open rate, click rate, unsubscribe rate, and bounce rate per campaign under Campaigns → Email → [Campaign] → Analytics. A/B testing (subject line or content variants) is available on the Enterprise plan.
