The email editor has a Velaro Dynamic block group with two kinds of live blocks. Each shows as a labeled placeholder while you design and fills in with real data when the email is sent.

Recommended Products

Drag Recommended Products (1, 2, 3, 4 or 6) into your email. Each recipient sees products picked from their own order history, or best sellers if they are new. Requires Ecommerce Sync.

Cart Items

Drag Cart Items into abandoned-cart or order emails. It lists the items from the shopper's cart or order: name, quantity, price, and a link. In abandoned-cart flows for Shopify, the link goes to your store's cart page and no item image is shown. Use it in a campaign started by a checkout or order trigger. If the trigger carried no items, the block is left out and the rest of the email sends as normal.

Good to know

• Prices and names are inserted as plain text, so special characters never break the layout.
• Both blocks work with the Velaro MCP and CLI: any template created there can include the markers <!--velaro:recommended_products count="3"--> and <!--velaro:cart_items-->.
